Considerations before booking
Location
We are located in the interior residential area of Sampaloc St., Brgy Balon. The street is slightly narrower compared to highway roads.
Thus, we made our pricing affordable.
Parking
Parking is a 2 to 4-minute drive from the transient house. Located in Mang Roberts Vista Grande, an uphill valley.

Stairs
You will be staying on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the transient house building. Consider this if you have an elderly companion.
